Responsibilities: Wyoming and Private Consulting contracts. Tracy came to Spectrum Enterprises Inc. in January of 2005 with nine years of property management experience.  She has had several different roles in the area of property management and brings practical and hands-on experience as part of the Spectrum monitoring team. She is primarily responsible for the State of Wyoming and also performs inspections for investors, managers, and owners. Tracy holds C6P, CAM, ARM,and UPCS certifications.
