Responsibilities: Massachusetts contract and consulting. Ed has been a valued member of the Spectrum Enterprises, Inc. staff for over nine years.  As an apartment building owner himself, he brings practical experience to his position as Director of Monitoring for the great state of Massachusetts. His experience, knowledge, and communication abilities make him a valued speaker at numerous Section 42 conferences. Ed is a graduate of Ithaca College and is C11P and UPCS certified.
